COVID-19 – We Are Open

Zoom Baby continues to ship orders on a relatively normal basis and we continue with our aim of same day dispatch whenever possible. There are currently no government restrictions on mail and parcels.

We are sending out orders as normal – mostly same day. As you can imagine, we are incredibly reliant on the very busy Royal Mail. Due to incredible demand, orders are taking up to 5 days longer to be delivered. Please bear this in mind before reaching out to our customer service team.

We are seeing some delays in deliveries to customers. We are still sending out most items same day, and many are arriving next day. However, certain postcodes seem to be worse than others. From the Royal Mail website: Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices.

Gov.uk – Information for businesses: “Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal”.

Please bear in mind and understand that there may be delays at some point as Royal Mail and carriers may be operating with less staff but with higher volumes of mail.
